As the world evolves, It is becoming more apparent that technology is a driving force in this evolution and it is important to us at CeedCap that in maximising our role as a startup studio, we are able to do what we can to ensure Africa is not left behind in this evolution.
Going paperless is not a trend, it is the future. In Nigeria, the transition from paper-based visitor management to paperless has been slow and one of the major reasons for this is the availability of a system built in a manner that takes into account the simplicity needed for organizations to make that shift. This realization coupled with the need for organizations to create better experiences for their visitors and have a repository of actionable data gave birth to the idea that is now called SafeTraxs.
SafeTraxs is a visitor management software equipped with contactless technology that provides a more convenient and efficient way to manage visitors. With SafeTraxs, organizations monitor who comes in and out of their establishment, giving them the level of security that comes with actionable data. Taking into account the current climate, it was important to us that SafeTraxs was equipped with contactless technology to provide that extra level of safety we are all conscious of at this moment.
SafeTraxs provides key features like contactless payment, space optimization and workplace analysis, providing a holistic approach to visitor management that goes beyond check-ins and check-outs (which SafeTraxs will also provide).
SafeTraxs intends to solve real problems organizations are facing in terms of visitor management, giving them the opportunity to make the most of the data available to them and create experiences for their visitors that will not only reflect in their brand perceptions but also in the improvements that will be made to their processes and facility management in general.
We are in the process of onboarding a limited number of organizations and we look forward to seeing first hand how SafeTraxs provides solutions to long-standing problems and how it will continue to evolve as we go along on this journey.
